The Vale Royal Abbey Arms has everything that you could want from a cosy country pub. From the warm welcome as you walk through the door, to that spot by the fireplace that’s perfect for relaxing with a pint.
Looking to the bar, we have a range of excellent cask ales, such as the iconic JW Lees Bitter, to the light, fruity Manchester Pale Ale and more. We also have an extensive collection of wines, cocktails and spirits available.
It’s Bloomin’ New
Pull up a chair with our new Spring menu near Delamere Forest. Enjoy delicious seasonal dishes, made for warm days and cold pints with friends and family. Perfect for pairing with our Manchester-made beers, our new menu includes seasonal salads, new signature dishes, succulent grills and more. Not forgetting your pub favourites like our legendary cheese & onion pie, MPA battered cod fillet and the iconic Brewery tower burger.
If you’re planning a midweek catch-up, try our Prix Fixe set menu. Served all day from 12 noon Monday to Friday, enjoy two courses for only 17.45 or three for 19.95. Go on… treat yourself to a laid-back bite and a proper pint.
Sunday is a day of roast. Ours come with bottomless gravy and unlimited Yorkshire puddings (because one Yorkie is never enough and good gravy should never run out). Nothing beats a proper roast, and it’s even better without the bother of cooking and cleaning.

Prix Fixe
Midweek catch-ups are better at the pub. Served all day from 12 noon Monday to Friday, enjoy two courses for only 17.45 or three for 19.95 with our Prix Fixe menu. What do you fancy this week? Wexford chicken? Pan fried fillets of seabass? Perhaps a Keralan cauliflower & red pepper curry? We’ve got something for everyone. Whether it’s a catch up with friends or a working lunch, pair it with a proper pint at the pub.

Steak Saturday
